Customer service was excellent from start to finish with nothing being to much trouble. Very comfortable and relaxed hotel. Restaurant service good with excellent food - just a pity they had ran out of goats cheese that night!! As someone said about the hotel "it's the best kept secret in Portrush". Woudl stay again for definite.
Very comfortable feeling of luxury. Quiet, helpful staff, lounge area home-from-home.
Great facilities and quality accomodation.
rate location excellent reception staff nice breakfast family room was a good size cleanliness
If I had to look for a negative thing to say it would be the fact that we didn't know if the lounge served tea and coffee or if we could have a glass of wine. We noticed nothing that informed us either way.
The staff outstading
Very clean, had room for 3 which suited my sister my mother and me. Most of the other hotels in Portrush do not cater for this number in one room.
The coffee at breakfast time was awful, that is all.
Large room, firm beds, friendly staff, good breakfast.Great location. Clean.
No sea view, no parking, limited hours for spa so never got to try it, bar closed at 9.30pm
Super Room, all clean and fresh looking. Good location. Fantastic value food and good quality too!
Excellent staff - friendly
Such a shame there's no parking - however lots of street parking near by
We have stayed at the hotel numerous on times. Each occasion has been memorable - the hotel is run to a very high standard, scrupulously clean, excellent staff and breakfasts. The spa room is a very wlcome feature. Generally there is nothing to complain about and one leaves very satisfied and looking forward to the next stay.
It was very relaxing & peaceful and the staff were very helpful.
THe hotel itself was more than satisfactory but the visit was made memorable by the staff, who were extreamly helpful in ways that were beyond that required of their job descriptions
the staff were both helpful and kind, deffi stay there again.....
our stay was first class...
The accomodation, both rooms were together which was good as our friend had just finished intense treatment and did not want a fuss, and we were able to help as and when.
Convenient to local facilities & quite a modern interior
Jacuzzi in basement isn't a great location. Feels a little like a Cold War bunker.
